In my previous blogs, I expressed waking up one day and deciding to forgive everyone including myself.  I’ve made a conscious decision to stop feeling down about the past and to stop having anxiety about the future.  Now, what are you committed to doing? Its time to free yourself from all the mistakes you have made.

It’s time to forgive yourself for all the people you couldn’t save or help in any way.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for being a neglectful person to your parents who have now passed away.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for being a neglectful parent and seeing the worse qualities manifests in your children.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for not helping a friend that needed you.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for leaving your brother/sister when he needed you the most.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for bullying the unpopular kid in school.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for quitting a job before securing another one.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for your criminal record that prevents you from getting the job you want.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for hating your siblings because of jealousy of the attention they receive.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for not finishing school and getting the degree that your parents dreamed of.

It’s time to forgive yourself, for the father of your children not being there.

It’s time to love yourself aggressively enough to forgive every person that has ever crossed your path.  As L’Oreal states “You are worth it”.
